Production
Nothing is pre-made. Once you order, your piece enters production and takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, printed at the facility closest to your address where possible. Live rates for your address appear at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.
Returns & replacements
Because each piece is made for one person, we don't restock returns. Anything misprinted, damaged or defective is replaced free — send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it. Sizing questions before you order are always welcome; the size guide on each product page has full measurements.
